ASAHI Africa
ASAHI YUKIZAI CORPORATION (founded 1945 in Japan, known as a manufacturer of ASAHI thermoplastic valves) decided that the market in Africa has huge potential for thermoplastic valve's solution and decided to buy Celtech Pipe Systems as the company has been very loyal since 1992. The buyout was completed on 2 December 2019 and Asahi is very excited to expand further into markets in Africa.
